Damages
www.aaswadcaterers.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged.
We require all goods to be checked by a responsible person and our staff if a carton is damaged. Please check the contents carefully. Pay particular attention to signs of leakage in cartons that contain products in jars, buckets, tiffins, containers or bottles. Contact the delivery person and show him or her the damaged or spoiled container. We will replace food if found not consumable. Should it be impossible for us to deliver the dish in a timely manner, we will refund the money only for that particular dish.
